THE WAY WE LIKE TO WORK
Our style is a personal, one-on-one approach. We understand the needs of closely held companies and keep all information confidential. Most assignments begin as specific projects with a focus on analysis and recommendations. Some assignments continue to be short-term and project oriented. However, other assignments are broad, all-inclusive, and become longer-term.
We don’t assume that we can be of assistance to every prospect. During our initial contacts we try to concentrate on getting to know the company, the personalities, and a feel for real issues. We ask for a great deal of information about the history, the management, the ownership and the current direction of the company. We try to get all relevant information that will assist in defining and prioritizing the needs. Once we are comfortable knowing that we can be of assistance, we develop a proposal.
Our relationships often begin with a Review & Recommend project. This is a straight forward, cost effective way for us to work together for the first time. It typically involves less than two days at the client company offices. The process allows us to analyze the most basic elements of the company, and to truly get to know the needs and intentions of the owner/management. Details of the review are documented, along with our recommendations.
We are available and accessible to our clients. We are anxious to help and to be supportive. We know that excellent communications is the foundation of quality professional services.
Before accepting any assignment, we will confer with the client in sufficient detail, to understand the needs of their situation, and assess our ability to be of assistance. We will accept only those assignments in which we expect to provide real benefit to the client.
